ten reasons diets don't work from kathy

This, I know:

1. I can only lose weight for myself.
2. If I lose weight, I won't suddenly be an extrovert, an organized person, or a ballerina.
3. If something is forbidden, I WANT IT!
4. Starving isn't pretty.
5. There are no bad foods. There are some not so hot foods.
6. I don't want to waste calories on food I don't like.
7. I don't want to eat food that makes me feel like taking a shower afterwards.
8. I LIKE fruits and veggies.
9. Eat your dessert first, if that's what you want.
10. Enjoy every sandwich.

Question: Please share re.vitamins, supplements, and Superfoods. I have been using Superfoods x 9 years and some specific supplements for me to assist when I have fall off the Angel wagon. Thank you, GA.

This, I know:

1. I can only lose weight for myself.2. When I lose weight, I will be able to move better and breathe with ease.
3. If something is forbidden, I can have some of it but not all of it. Portion control is a good thing.
4. Starving isn't required.
5. There are no bad foods. There are some not so hot foods. So don't waste your fuel on blah food.
6. I don't waste calories on food I don't like.
7. I have never eaten food that makes me feel like taking a shower after wards.
8. I LOVE fruits and veggies.
9. Eat your dessert first, if that's what you want. Just make it a small portion. One cookie taste just as good as several.
10. Enjoy every meal. So make it healthy for you and full of flavor. Use colors to ensure that it is pleasant to look at. Give yourself protein at every meal so you have fuel to use.

*Note: Food is fuel so use it to your good. Get up and move. Walk and enjoy the beauty of this world. Dance while the music fills you. Twist, turn and bend expanding your muscles while letting fat melt away. And love yourself as you take each small step.
