We understand that there are many reasons why it can be difficult to know your own bodies.
today We only wish to reassure you all that you are all beautiful to us.
today We wish to reiterate that your body is a unique and wonderful expression of Divine Source.
much of what you perceive to be imperfections are only culturally-engendered perceptions that have no basis in Our reality.
We ask that you take time today and every day to appreciate your body, to sink into its bones and joints and tendons, its rolls and folds and curves.
We find you dazzling in your humanity...and Our wish for you is to come to share something of the joy We take when contemplating you.
