the Angel book is coming along really well - chapters one through three are taking shape. today i'm tweaking the introduction that karen so beautifully wrote, adding a few sentences here and there to help make the concepts clearer.

oh, and i love the colorful rainbow challenge in the sidebar! definitely grabs one's attention!
The rainbow challenge is excellent and I will "try" to take you up on it. My healthy eating is doomed I'm afraid. I feel as if I'm on some kind of downward spiral.
Amazing how life gets in the way of blogging isn't it??
