I'm much happier with chocolate.Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06095554727537194370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3788823585895427906.post-74465573979025019772009-05-14T10:23:00.000-04:002009-05-14T10:23:00.000-04:00Interestingly, I have never been wild about chocol...Interestingly, I have never been wild about chocolate. I think the taste was too strong for me as a child -- my brothers would get chocolate ice cream and I would always ask for vanilla, which I thought had marshmallows in it -- and the softserve tastes like that, since it's primarily sugar and air. Ugh. Hate that now.

But Richard is a big chocolate fan, so I started buying some for him to keep around. Though he likes dark and I prefer milk, the higher up I go in the chocolate food chain, in terms of quality, the more I like it. And I find exactly what you said -- instead of eating half a bag of not-so-tasty cookies, I have 3 or 4 squares of chocolate and feel I've had an entirely satisfying, sinfully delicious treat.

Raw honey is amazing, too. The real thing, from a health food store, will knock your socks off!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3788823585895427906.post-26466934831972492392009-05-13T17:09:00.000-04:002009-05-13T17:09:00.000-04:00Good chocolate is a gift from the Gods!Good chocolate is a gift from the Gods!Martha@A Sense of Humor is Essentialhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07129428477996644401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3788823585895427906.post-68446255231381498802009-05-13T12:21:00.000-04:002009-05-13T12:21:00.000-04:00According to a recent article I just read on nutri...According to a recent article I just read on nutrition, they said eating right doesn't have to be complicated. Nutritionists say there is a simple way to tell if you're eating right. Colors. Fill your plates with bright colors. Greens, reds, yellows. In fact, I did that this morning. I had an entire bowl of M&M's. It was delicious! I never knew eating right could be so easy.
LOL Thought you would find this one funny!lynette355https://www.blogger.com/profile/07162581667028276870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3788823585895427906.post-57644642204655241432009-05-13T07:48:00.000-04:002009-05-13T07:48:00.000-04:00thanks for sending me the link again
